11/5/00: I completed the Bethesda Marathon (26.2 miles, 42 km) in 4:38, a lot more easily than I thought I would.

11/9/03: I completed again the Bethesda Marathon, this time in the lousy time of 5:22 (lot harder than I thought I would do...)
